Video transcript if you're not a video person:

So the planner I use is just in Google Sheets. I know some people also use Trello, it’s just kind of whatever you prefer.

And I know you’ll see spots for emails too but I'm just gonna go over the social media aspect because that’s what I do. I’m not an email expert so I'm not the person to help with that

I always do the overall plan first, you’ll see what I mean in just a minute, and then go back and fill in the details of what it will look like. And I do it that way for 2 reasons: 1. There is an 80% chance One of my kids will interrupt me before I’m done and I don’t want to lose track and have to start over.

And 2. I can’t go from the strategy side of things right to the creative side of things like that. My brain won’t do it. So I break it up.

So for social media I usually do at least 3 posts a week.

First thing I do is look at what I have coming up in life and in business. Launches, sales, holidays, anything like that. So I know I’m gonna be on vacation these days so I marked them a different color. So I’m not gonna be pitching a done-for-you service around the time because I won’t be around to do the work. Instead, I could do posts geared toward my guides that are already done and instant downloads so I can still make money while I’m having fun in Charleston.

Now I know I’m going to be launching my email funnel soon, so I’m going to be marketing my lead magnet more here so I have more leads to go through that funnel. I’m going to do trending audio reels to try and reach as many new people organically as I can.

I’ll also be doing more posts with the purpose of getting new followers so I can have more of those leads. Content that is shareable and will get lots of comments is good for that.

So then I’ll go in and pick a single pain point or pleasure point or objection for each post here and craft a carousel or reel around it.

Then I’ll go in and fill in the stories section, which I try to do every weekday. Usually a personal one like a behind-the-scenes or daily to-do list and then if it’s a post or reel day I will ask questions related to the topic of that post. That way I get more engagement which means more reach and I also can phrase the questions that give me that “yes ladder” so whatever I’m selling or promoting, whether it’s an offer or a blog or something else, it gets clicks and starts conversations with leads.

And a lot of this stuff you would get in a Personalized Strategy. You get 2 different options for content calendars that I link to you as well as content templates were I plan out the strategy aspect for you, you just have to put in depending on how many days you’re gonna be posting per week and, you know, what you have going on in your life. It’s just a copy and paste thing. I also give you story templates and content templates and you just put in your own pain point, pleasure point, objection, whatever is specific to that particular post and it’s purpose. And it saves you a bunch of time and you get all this strategy done for you. If that is something you want to learn more about, click the link below.
