When should I post my content?

Posting when most of your followers are active is going to get you the most reach. It ensures your content will show up in the feeds and get engagement shortly after being posted, which tells the algorithm your content is quality and should be shown to other accounts.

And the best part about that is they'll show it to not only more of your followers, but also more non-followers that interact with similar content. Hello, new potential customers!

Here is how I find out the best time to post my content to maximize its reach and engagement:

1. Log onto metricool.com

2. Create an account and link your platforms if you haven't already

3. Click on "Planning" at the top of the screen

4. Click on "Best Times: above the calendar toward the right.

From here you can change views to see the best times on each social media platform. You can also click on the toggle to show percentages of active followers during each hour on the planning calendar (I find this to be most helpful). Otherwise, the darker the color, the more followers are active at that time.

Click on a time block to schedule a post on that day/time.

This is one of the many Metricool features I find to be more comprehensive than Meta's and can make a big difference in your overall account health.
